Before compressing and packing, turn the sleeping bag inside out and expose it to the sun. After confirming that the inner layer is dry, return to the normal surface, roll it up to squeeze out the sleeping bag air, then unfold it, and stuff the sleeping bag into the packing bag from one end . In order to compress and average, you can turn the packing bag while tucking it, and press the sleeping bag with your knees. In a humid environment, a plastic waterproof bag should be added to the packing bag.
As for the storage and storage of down sleeping bags, compression is not a good way, because down sleeping bags need to breathe. The best way to keep a down sleeping bag is to choose a large and breathable storage bag.
Make it fluffy. Down products should not be wet and should be placed in a dry and ventilated place. After use, they should be exposed to the sun and blow dry as much as possible to keep the sleeping bag dry and fluffy. If such conditions are lacking in the wild, this procedure must not be omitted after returning home.
